anyone side load Di2 apk yet?

With the loss of direct Di2 integration,  has anyone side loaded the Shimano software to the K2?  I mean its really its just a pixel 2 internally.

    Look for the Ki2 app on GitHub - seems to work and gives back most Di2 integration once sideloaded

    Lets see how 0.7 release works with the new build software update 1.346.1384 since it was tested for the previous one!

    I can’t vouch for it, I don’t have DI2.

    I tried Ki2 and it worked fine: hood buttons work and battery level is shown. Did not try any other Di2 functionality. Finally bit the bullet and updated my K2 to the latest firmware.

    After having the correct version apk, you can also learn in the youtube video karoo sideload app fro DC Rainmaker.

    I am also waiting for some more people to test it. I am still running the old software to keep the Di2 functionality. But if this is a solid alternative I am thinking about updating my unit.

    Ofc I would prefer if Shimano and HH can find an official solution.

    I would like to test it.... Trying to sideload it. I followed all the steps but whilst using 'adb.exe devices', K2 doesn't show up. It is visable in windows explorer though... What am I doing wrong?

    In the same boat re Hammerhead, its been updated about 10 times since the demise of Di2 and for those of us who value the Di2 integration, the K2 is now a lost cause! Bit the bullet and got a new Elemnt Roam V2, and while the new summit segments, like the Garmin Climb Pro needs a pre-programmed route, I have to say its got a lot going for it and I now prefer it over the K2. If HH ever sort out the mess they got themselves into with Shimano and fix this problem, I will get the K2 out of the drawer and give it another go, but until then I will stick with the Roam.
