What is the field called to display kilojoules? 

I tried cal pwr but that doesn't seem accurate as it doesn't match what's in Training Peaks.

  Dustin, we expect the Cal pwr to be close to training peaks values. Could you please share the FIT file of your ride and Serial number of your Karoo with us?

  I figured it out. The energy output field is the one I wanted. That matches what TP has for kilojoules.
