Final payment email duplicate
AnsweredI received an email to complete my payment for my Karoo 2 on Dec 16th and I paid it on Dec 17th. I received another email yesterday requesting my payment for my Karoo 2 even though I already paid for it. Anyone else having this issue?
Tried to post about this yesterday, but the post never appeared on the forums.
Additionally, been trying to get an answer on why I was told I was in batch E (shipped week of Jan 11th) and it never shipped. Then got another email that I'm not in Batch H (but why?). I assume it has something to do with the issue above, but not getting any response on my support tickets either. Pretty bummed.. I just want to get my unit without any further delays.

Not sure if it’s the same issue but someone posted a similar situation recently. It turned out to be them buying a gift card for a Karoo 2, thinking that would complete their order rather than using the correct method. By buying a gift card it acted as a new order hence why they were moved to later batches.

I checked your order and see that you have purchased the pre-order gift card instead of placing the final order for Karoo 2. You were in the Batch E as informed. I have converted your pre-order gift card order to the final Karoo 2 order. The final order for your Karoo 2 is 1038425 and that of Jersey is 1032407.
Besides, since you had purchased the pre-order gift card and now that we are fulfilling them, you have received the order completion email. I would request you to ignore the email as I have made the changes. Your Karoo 2 order will be shipped soon. You will receive the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped out of our warehouse.
