When will we get native Trainerroad Integration?

Hi,

Would like to know if there is any news about native Trainerroad Integration. Only news I can find online is a screenshot with small TR icon from June 2020.

Would be cool to see it in the first half of this year!

  Hey Ryan.

  We understand the importance of TrainerRoad and the need among our community members. Our team is trying to get this integration in our feature set for the KarooOS in not so distant future. However, this requires multiple iterations of the software changes and design changes - so I am unable to promise a timeline on it as this also has a business impact on the two companies.

  Just like to re-emphasis this. Either Trainerroad integration or the ability to upload a workout profile without having to pay to subscribe to another service (like Training Peaks).

  Hi Philip, Yes we will be getting out the XERT, as next workout integration followed by other integrations and TrainerRoad is on our radar.

  If and when TrainerRoad integration is added, could we have a target indicator on the map screen please? Maybe a bar up one side of the map which shows red when you are below or above the power target and green when close to it so the required effort can be maintained while still seeing the map please?

  Ali - any update on this, 3 months ago you said you were working towards it.  It doesn't need to be Trainerroad per se, just some way to input workouts without needing a subscription to Training Peaks.

  @Philip - in fairness, I think you can create and schedule your own workouts with a free Training Peaks account. But TrainerRoad is just sooo much better

  I am also awaiting the TR integration. I bought the unit thinking that it already exists - my bad. Is there an estimated planned date for it? Have xert been rolled out?

  I would love an update on this too please. I have to switch away from my karoo of I want to do a workout, pretty much the only bad thing I can say about the karoo.

  And I'm getting in trouble with my girlfriend who bought a karoo 2 on my recommendation, but she can't use it for workouts. I'm getting 'the look'...

  Sadly I see this is not a priority for Hammerhead. This functionality is marginal gains and they are going for big gains first, which makes sense - sadly.

  Keeping the dream(ing) alive with a bump post.

  When the K2 was announced I promised myself I'd hold out upgrading until TrainerRoad workouts were integrated. Suffice to say... I'm still rocking the K1.

  I have been able to sideload the TR android app on the K2. I was able to do an indoor workout but the app is really unstable and buggy. Obviously since it's sideloaded, the UI is also not the best but it's something until the full Integration happens.
