Release Notes - available anywhere?

Am I crazy or there are no release notes to each sw version available neither here in Community nor in Help Articles? I just only catch it on facebook story which is pretty brief on description.

I mean if that's so how about to create a pinned post in General discussion section everytime there is new version published in a format of:

Software Release x.x.x.x (date)

<Release Notes here>
<Detailed description here>

And folks would just post their opinions/observations/bugs into that thread.

I searched the forum and help articles pretty thoroughly and didn't find any release notes articles. If it's there somewhere, please point me to that direction and sorry for spam.

  @Ali this took a lot of digging to find. It's available but buried on a specific page you have to know to look for
