    I have the same problem and also need a replacement mailed out. If I'm sent the same one, which is guaranteed to also fail with time, I will need two sent out, or maybe I should just get a wahoo.

    Mount broke after a few months of use. Obviously cheap materials or poor design. Used the garmin mount previously for years with no issue. Have had to buy a new Karoo 2 mount. Not a happy customer.
