RIDE FAILS TO UPLOAD

I recorded a ride this morning on my Karoo 2.  The Karoo shut down and when restarted it recovered the ride.  I have the ride a title, added a note, changed the bike used, then selected the Strava symbol and clicked on the "tick".  The HH circles then spun for a second or so then the screen changed to the list of rides; the ride is the only one there.

The ride has not uploaded to the HH Dashboard or to Strava.

HELP!

  Hi Niall, this might be related to the issue described here. I have a solution that worked for other users, could you please try it too?
