Strange Observation: Karoo 2 get's vertically charged only to 74%, but plane and level to 100% (same charger, same cable!)
AnsweredI attach my bike at home on a verticall wall mount, and so my karoo 2 is then in vertical position, too. And the strang thing: in that position, it never gets charged full, only to 71% to 74%. I tried different chargers, different cables, all the same.
BUT:
wit the same charger and the same cable and the karoo 2 disattached lying level on the floor, it get's charged to 100%.
So it's not a real problem, but anyway: strange.
(My karoo 1 gets charged to 100% in vertical position, it's only the karoo 2. an no, there is no cable problem, the cable is hanging free and easy [using a long garmin-mount with lots of space to the handlebar.])

Hey Tobias,
This is rather odd that the Karoo would charge up to 74% while being verticle and charged regularly otherwise. Please do try to attempt a reboot of your Karoo and observe this is still the same?
We did attempt to reciprocate the same actions and we did not see any difference in the rate of charge.
By my understanding, this could be due to current leakage from the cable or charger end or that your Karoo might have been consuming battery the first time during charge due to background apps that might be running (maybe an update or a sideloaded application running in the background.
