    Thanks for your feedback - you make some valid points. I will begin by saying that we are working to improve sensor reliability. There have been some big improvements - our most recent update addressed several issues. It is still a work in progress and will continue to improve. We really do appreciate the patience.

    As for competitor comparisons. We do not "smooth" any of our numbers you see on the display - if a sensor drops, the measurement stops or goes away on the Karoo 2. I will not point fingers at particular companies, but this is not the case with all of our competitors. In some cases, short dropouts are concealed by "smoothing" the data and subbing in the last few seconds' readings or readings from alternate sources. Since most of the readings are close approximations and measurements with some level of error, this is usually fine and stays within acceptable ranges - it's not a big deal, but it is common.
