Ride App Crashing Screen Frozen

I’m having similar issues. Three weeks of not having ride data. Crashing out mid ride. Resetting the unit doesn’t help. Today the screen was all black. No data. This was going to be my Tour Divide computer, but now I’ve lost all my faith in it. Is there a way to go back to the software the way it was six months ago? This new software does not work.

I'm sorry to hear that you are both experiencing that issue with sensor drops and ride losses. There was a bug identified that was addressed in the software update from April 8.
Please make sure that you are running the latest update. After installing that update, we have received good feedback from others who had experienced the problem you describe.
Here are instructions to check your software and manually update it.
