Latest Firmware Update Issues

Hi There!

I updated my Karoo 2 to the lastest firmware last night (24/4/2021) and on my ride this morning it was giving me connection alerts with my Garmin Radar. It's never done this before and so is it a bug in the firmware?

The alert seems to be in error because the device remains connected and shows vehicles approaching from behind as per normal.

I also gave up on pairing my andriod phone, as again I kept getting a disconnected alert.This is not a big deal as I am not surgically attached to it.

  Hey Andrew,

  Could you please repair your radar sensor with the Karoo and observe if this still persists?

  Sorry for the long delay but I only get out on the bike once a week. I took your advice and re-paired the radar sensor but it still gave the warning that it was disconnected after about 30 minutes of riding. This weekend I did the same unpaired and repaired the radar sensor, again the same thing and the disconnected warning appeared.

  What is weird is that the radar still works and was showing me approaching vehicles as the warning message appeared.

  This has only happened during the last two firmware updates, never had a problem before.
