Karoo 2 mount broke

Hello,

I receive new karoo 2 mount for another bike. I remove Karoo 2 unit from my original mount, and I see, it’s broken.

I have been using this gps since mid-january for road bike and commuting.

I have concerns about lifespan of GPS here.

  Seems to be a fairly common issue due to the type of plastic it's manufactured from and those threaded metal inserts that the screws go into create a very weak spot in this plastic. It would be better if the foot just had holes drilled through it and the screws went through the foot from the top and screwed into an alloy base.

  Suggest you open a support case here and, hopefully, somebody will help you get a new one.
