Cadence suddenly lost but still reading power

Hi!

I've been using the Karoo 2 for a week and struggling with cadence lost. Works well in the beginning of the ride and about 35 min in it's suddenly stop reading the cadence from the Favero Assioma Duos. Although it's still reads the power data without issues, also the Di2 interface with Karoo 2 works.

What's the solution?

Note: Running the latest firmware released last week.

  Same issue with my new 4iiii dual.  Cadence ran fine for about 50 min. then lost for remainder of the ride.  No idea why.

  I have the same problem with my Favero pedals. I have all of my sensors paired via Ant+. When the cadence drops (the display field is blank, NOT '0') I turn off the Ant+ toggle in the sensors page for a few seconds. Then turn it back on and all of my sensors reconnect in a few seconds and cadence is back. I might try pairing the pedals via bluetooth so I can toggle just the pedals off/on.

  The real solution is a firmware fix.

  Hi guys same issue on my 4iiii

  Have a support ticket on this and it's now a high priority fix, and should have a firmware release on the 6th.

  Thanks Nigel for the update.  Today's ride similar issue.  Ant+ connection and after an hour field starting going blank in both power and cadence.  The power never completely was lost, but cadence did drop off.  After a 1/2 hour the cadence did come back and remained on for balance of ride.
