    Hello,

    Thanks for writing to us. At this time all the Pinned Routes from RideWithGPS, 50 most recent routes from Komoot, & Starred Routes from Strava will be synced to the Dashboard. We prioritize each feature based on the number of user requests, impact on current customer base, usability, market value etc.  Because of all these considerations, we are unable to provide an exact timeline, but rest assured it is on our software roadmap for development. Thank you for your patience.

    @hammerhead I did not read the small print until after the 45 days:

    Somehow I cannot help feeling that this particular piece of information should have featured more prominently on hammerhead.io.

    My expectations for the Karoo 2 were such that I would never even have guessed that a device billed as "the finest head unit ever built" would come with so many bugs, shortcomings and unimplemented features.

    It's really a pity. I switch from a 1030 plus and thought that Route Management is better as with the Komoot Plugin on the Garmins....

     

    - Every Komoot Route is a double entry on my dashboard

    - No Collections are used for my Komoot Routes which makes management of my Routes a big mess on the K2... That was much better on the Garmin :-( 

     

    Not the best first impressions of the device after unboxing :-(

    Hey Henning,

    We are aware of the bug where duplicate routes are synced from Strava & Komoot. Our team is working on improving this aspect in our future software updates. As a workaround we would urge you to disconnect Komoot from the dashboard, clear the cache & cookies from your browser and connect Komoot once more. 

    If the Issue still persists, please do try the same workaround from a private window or an incognito window on your browser. please do share your observations here or by submitting a ticket to us at support@hammerhead.io :)
