Setting up a FTP profile
I plan to start FTP training, like three to five 8-10 minute intervals with one or two minutes rest in between. I’ve already entered my FTP value in the Training Zone menu. Any suggestion on how to program K2 to track my training? Ideally a FTP screen under my profile with all my intervals populated. I manually start each interval which provides stats like avg power, speed, cadence when it finishes counting down. Then I repeat with the next interval and so on. When done I’d like to see the stats of each interval. Possible with K2?
