When do map updates happen?
I know that this has been asked before but I haven't seen a definite answer. I ask because I was testing routing comparing my Karoo 2 to my Garmin 1030 when I turned off the route I had created and onto a huge bike trail that has been completed for two years. My Garmin rerouted to the bike path just fine while the Karoo came up with a crazy reroute because the bike path wasn't on the map. It thought I was riding in the middle of a field. So, how often are the maps updated? This would be in Tucson, Arizona.

I just had the same problem. A bicycle trail underpass in California was closed for about a year, but it has been open for several months now. Garmin now routs us through the tunnel, but Karoo has shows the old detour. We need the map updates. There does not appear to be a help topic for that. Hopefully you are updating the underlying maps occasionally?
