Karoo 2 phone connectivity | missed calls, messages etc. - still not working
AnsweredI realise Hammerhead solved the problem with the phone disconnection message pop up on the screen by basically hiding this in a recent update however I'm still not receiving any missed called, phone messages etc, even when my iPhone X is paired and connected with my Karoo 2.
I even placed the Karoo 2 directly beside my phone and had someone try to call me. Nothing came through on the Karoo.
Did the Developers have this on their radar to resolve sooner than later as it has now been some 5 months that this problem has been a known issue.

We have had far fewer complaints after recent improvements, especially with iPhone pairing and stability.
I would recommend unpairing the 2 - make sure to forget the K2 on the iPhone as well. Power cycle both devices and pair them again. If you continue to have issues - reach out to support@hammerhead.io. A representative will be happy to assist in troubleshooting.

Completed a three hour ride today with my iPhone X connected and was saw notifications for the entire duration including text messages, calls, and notifications from other apps (mostly Nest, BBC Sport and Twitter).
I can only recommend you try what Jami has suggested above, possibly even performing a K2 factory reset and removing the pairing from your iPhone X before reconnecting everything.
