Powermeter lost
Answeredmy Powermeter: Power2Max can't connect since the last week. Last Week and with the last update it works. Please guys.
please provide stable functions now. I want to ride a bike and not be your beta tester. If a device loses functionality - then you obviously have a quality problem. Up until 2 weeks ago I was doing great advertising for your product - now I'd rather go back to a functional product. It may be that the KAroo2 provides great features - but it should work reliably with the simplest things - what helps me a great display if I can not use my PowerMeter for training?

Does it work with another computer/phone app? What's the battery like? Sometimes I need to reseat my battery to get the Karoo 2 to recognize it again.
I frequently lose my stages power meter connectivity as well, requiring me to reboot the Karoo 2 to get it back. Usually unpairing and repairing won't work until after a reboot for me. Only problem with that is that your ride is then recovered and saved.
It also consistently gives me a low battery error when the battery is fine and I just have to reset the battery in my stages to get the Karoo 2 to see the correct voltage again. Otherwise it will just keep connecting and disconnecting every few seconds.

We do apologize that you are having trouble with the Karoo connecting with your PowerMeter, Could you please attempt to unpair all your sensors on the Karoo and proceed to pair the Power Meter as the first sensor with the Karoo ( Ensure to isolate all other sensor ANT+ signals by not waking them up)
@Kuntus, Could you please try the same workaround as well? We are working on improving the sensor connectivity experience on the Karoo incrementally with every update :)
