Firmware 1.212.1045 problem changing theme

today updated karoo2 with latest firmware, and started a ride. I entered ride screen as usual, and realized that it was "night mode" active. With active ride was going and registering data in background, I moved to options, display and tap to disable night mode, back to home screen and when I try to enter ride app again, it pops up with the loading icon and automatically went back to home screen... I tap again ride screen and same again... try for 4 -5 times with same result... so I was riding without seeing anything.
I have to reset device long pressing bottom left button for a while, and karoo restarted. Then started again the ride and it came back with light theme without issues. I haven't tryed again but I'm curious if this has happened to anyone after latest update.

Thanks for posting here, I did try this out on my unit as well and the light mode did change to dark mode. Seems like there was a bit of delay on your Karoo as there were a number of activities running in the background.
I would urge you to see if this persists on any other profile? There is a 1-second delay when switching over from light to dark on profiles that have a lot of data screens.
