Climber, navigation indication and other suggestion

Hello,

First I want to say that I have been using the Karoo2 for 2 weeks and I am quite happy with it. I bought it mainly because during a ride I don't want to spend time finding my way and for that routing and re-routing are perfect, map and indication are clearly visible, the sound made by the karoo2 when approaching the a turn is hearable.

Having said that If I would like to suggest some improvements

1. allow to set up a azerty keyboard (nice to have)
2. allow to set up a French (or other language) dictionnary so when we type a description, word suggestion in in French. I am not talking here of translation (nice to have)
3. give ability to have routing indications appear on the top of the screen so eyes have less distance to go to read it
4. ability to not record a ride directly on the karoo2, (I often push the start button  when I take off the karoo2 from the mount)
5. climber: I love the feature but numbers are not always readable (not enough contrast) and I don't know if it is intentionnal but the bar at the bottom with the grade numbers is not align with the elevation graph
6. climber: I don't know if it is a bug or me not knowing how ot use it but when climber is active, a routing indication popup make climber disappear and it doesn't re appear when routing indication pop down (I tried to swipe it with my finger)
