Show Kcal on Karoo by heart rate

Hammerhead, show my burned calories on my Karoo based on heart rate. Al the concurrent devices have it! It's a big miss and simple to add.

I mean, its like it doesn't calculate speed on GPS unless you buy a speedsensor!

So, my opinion: calculate the burned calories based on heartrate if you don't have a power meter. The answer: "calories based on power meter will be different from a calculation based on heart rate" is no problem. At least it gives a good indication like other devices and even Strava does. I mean, the speed based on GPS is different from reading a speed sensor.

  Hi Martin, thank you for putting in your suggestions. Calories from heart rate has been requested before by other riders as well, and we have shared that with the Product team. It remains in the backlog, although it's priority has not been defined yet as it doesn't currently align with the Product direction.

  Steve, currently we are working to improve the user experience on Karoo as well as areas where riders have in using any cycling computer. This also come along with other features requested by riders over time and by business needs, that also includes our riders.
