Dashboard Outage: Saturday, April 8, 2023
The Hammerhead Dashboard is currently experiencing an outage - saved routes, activities, and workouts are not loading.
Our developers are investigating the outage and we will have this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE as of 18:02 EST:
The Dashboard has been restored and all saved rides, routes, and workouts should now be visible. Any rides on your device that have not yet synced should also sync the next time the Karoo/Karoo 2 connects to the internet.
*It may be necessary to refresh the Dashboard or log out and back in. -
Dear riders, unfortunately, we are experiencing the Dashboard outage again today and we have flagged this issue to the software team. They are working towards fixing it as soon as possible. We truly regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We will update the above Forum post once it has been fixed.
