Received Karoo 2 order notification but no per order number

I received my notification to complete my Karoo 2 order, but never received an email with my pre order number.  Do you get them the same day?

  I pre ordered too and have not received the expected $99 discount on my purchase either. I’ve just sent a request in to the customer service dept......they are usually excellent at solving problems.

  I got an email confirming my deposit and an order number back in August, but today I got my email saying I could complete my order but there was no way of applying the pre order discount and I was charged 399 instead of 300 as expected.

  Same here, but I never received a follow-on email with the pre order code (as indicated I needed in today's email). I believe the pre order code is needed in order to apply the pre order discount.

  OK, I’ll see what customer support say, they have been very helpful in the past so I’m sure it will get sorted soon. Just waiting now for the Karoo2 to get delivered!

  I’ve just gone back through my emails and the one with the discount code takes you via a link to the purchase page, but doesn’t automatically add the code to your purchase. Therefore you need to copy the code and submit it on the checkout page.....which I didn’t do!! So my fault, but hopefully they will refund me the $99.😩

  I got an email first with the discount code on and then another email 5 minutes later with the website to complete the order

  Hi Matt, you would not need a pre-order email to complete this order. I have responded to your ticket with some instructions to follow as per today's email. The gift code is all you need and you would see that in your order confirmation email from today.

  FYI.  For anyone having the same issue as I had--check your spam folder.  My discount code email (for my deposit) went to my SPAM folder even though the notification went to my email inbox.

  I’ve had a refund for my pre order deposit now too, great service again despite it being my fault this time!!
