    Hi All,

The Hammerhead Dashboard now has a ride review option, this was released in the recent Software Update. We will continue working on enhancing the ride review experience on the Dashboard.

Thank you for your interactive feedback and suggestions!

When I click on a ride via the Dashboard it says 'other error' providing zero info lol.

From my understanding, HH is working on something that will provide a lot more info. I think one of the tech support members mentioned a new 'eco-system' or something like that. Perhaps this is will give us the info we're looking for.

It would be nice to have info listed on the Dashboard that wouldn't force us to use 3rd party apps like Strava to view more detail.

Thanks Brandon. I will say, it is nice the Dashboard provides ride-specific links to third-party sites. But I'd rather have HH spend their R&D money on the Karoo instead of competing with Strava, Training Peaks, etc. Simply showing the same data Karoo shows at the end of a ride, on the Dashboard, satisfies me. (Seems like it should be copy/paste from the FIT file!)

Hey David, Brandon. Sorry to hear that you are unable to view the post-ride detail on the Dashboard.

I would like to inform you that there is brief information on the Dashboard for the ride like Distance, Elevation, Time, and the icons for the third party websites where the ride has been uploaded. Clicking the ride on the Dashboard will take you to the map of the route that you have ridden. However, if you are not seeing any information about the ride after saving it on the Karoo, kindly share the screenshot of the image of the Dashboard and the FIT file to support@hammehead.io. We will certainly look into it.

Besides, if you would like in-detail information about the ride, I would suggest you use third-party applications like Strava which will give you a detailed ride data.

In regards to the eco-system, we do understand how important it is to store your data in one place and we are working on creating the eco-system where you can see your ride data on Karoo and Dashboard. But, as of now, we can not commit to the timeline as to when it will be ready for our users. However, when it does, we will certainly announce it for the users.

Agree with your comment about the data, David; personally I'd like to see it summarised on the Dashboard, along with the any added notes.  Appreciate the point is all about the head unit, and there are auto uploads to various 3rd party apps.  But, shock horror, not all of us have a Strava account (did I just admit that on a public forum??!!)  I do have a Garmin account, but have to download the fit file, then repeat any comments.

I am using my Karoo 2 with the Wahoo Kickr, Zwift and Rouvy since a few days now and have the same problem. Currently trying to get a clearer picture via the support. As the data shown on Strava is also far from the truth (recorded a 48 minutes ride this morning, Strava is only showing 7 minutes) I am a little frustrated after having had other issues with Strava and the Karoo before. So checking the data on Strava is also not working and my training load is also not valid that way. Trainingpeaks seems to work well.

I would also agree that it would be good to have dashboard display basic info about rides. I do use Strava and like the information they provide, but I am also concerned about being too dependent on them and what happens if they show the data wrong.

The data doesn't have to be comprehensive, just the same data that is shown at the end of the ride would be sufficient. If you want more analysis, THAT is when you go to Strava, etcetera.

    Thanks.

I can't believe the lack of data in the dashboard after my first ride using my new Karoo 2.  This is plain unacceptable for what I paid for this device.  It may be returned which is a shame because the screen and onboard interface is outstanding.  I can't view my power data, or any data other than the map and elevation without going out to my bike, turning the computer back on and viewing the data there.  Who thought this made any sense?  Please get us the data we crave in the HH dashboard and create an accompanying app.  Additionally, the Livetrack interface is terrible and apparently I'm expected to text or contact my contacts every time I ride.  Garmin does this automatically when my ride begins.  I also wish HH would have just went with what seems to be more of an industry standard mount, the quarter turn.  I have an integrate computer mount on my bar so must use the adapter.  Many thanks for including that by the way, nice touch.  However, it rattles like hell on these terrible Michigan roads.

This is literally after one ride.  Disappointed so far but I'm not giving up yet.

This may be obvious but did you try hitting the Ride Data bar on the bottom of the map view you posted?

@David you are right! My browser app didn’t show nothing while clicking on ride data…tried another browser and it showed all data of the ride! Thank you for the advice to try that again ;) i will delete my previews post since it was a browser problem an not the dashboard without link.

    Regards
