Is Preorder Fulfilment For Karoo2 Still Ongoing?

Hi,

 

Is fulfilment still ongoing? I don't think I have received the e-mail yet to complete my order, but trying to make sure I haven't missed the e-mail instead.

  Hey Saad.

  I see that you have pre-ordered your Karoo 2 on 01st September and you are yet to receive the order completion email as your order is a little down on the list. 

  To answer your question, yes, we are fulfilling the orders in the sequence they were received. The same sequence is being followed when sending out the email for the final confirmation email. I see that you are not too far down the list to receive the order confirmation email.

  Once your Karoo 2 unit is ready, we will send you the order completion email to make your final purchase.
