    Hi Martin,

    We are sorry to hear about the broken puck. I will be happy to ship the replacement part.

    I am suspecting that this could be due to incorrect engagement of the puck while mounting the unit on the Karoo 2 mount. The scratches on the unit shows that you were facing issue with the unit stuck on the mount. We would like to investigate the issue further.

    I have created a ticket to follow up with you in order to collect some information on this breakage. Also, I have requested the order details so that I can ship out the replacement part. Kindly respond there so that we can resolve it for you, sooner.
