When will an update finally come that will fix the problem with the wrong height. Today I made a tour with 721 Hm. Karoo 2 indicates 1910 Hm. This is no longer acceptable. Getting crazier and crazier. I have No Sim Card.

  Agree. My Karoo2 is ridiculously out on elevation often by 1000's of feet. It's one of the basic requirements of a bike head unit so relly needs sorting. How has the Hammerhead received so many great reviews when this issue exists??

  My Karoo 2 elevation totals match the ridewithgps routes I load. I wonder why YMMV.

  Ive asked support what is going on with widely inaccurate elevation numbers - 20% too low as reported by Karoo2 versus RWGPS or Garmin devices.  Related to the obviously inaccurate current grade figures reported on the device?

  I also have ridiculous Ascent measurements on my new Karoo 2, here in Belgium (and I don't have any SIM card) :'(  On my last ride, estimation of total ascent was 370m in Komoot and... >4000m on my Karoo (with max grades larger than 38%) !! The elevation trace is very noisy, it's like they don't apply any filter on the data... I'm seriously considering sending it back, since that issue have been known for at least more than a year according to what I read here and nothing has changed.
