Cellular or WiFi hotspot

Which method consumps less from the Karoo's battery, the built in cellular connection or the WiFi connection to my phone's hotspot? I would like to keep always on data connection because of the live tracking.

And a feature request: It would be great if the Karoo could connect to a bluetooth hotspot. This method works fine with my car and my iPhone. My iPhone works as a hotspot for my car, and the only connection is just a bluetooth connection. I already connected my phone to the Karoo because of the notifications, and it would be great if the Karoo can use this bluetooth connection for internet sharing.

  Some SIM cards interfere with the altimeter on the Karoo, then it is not really a choice. As long elevation works, I prefer using Cellular.

  Fully agree, a BT connection would be very helpful.
