    Yeah, and it’s worse if the Karoo is laggy and while your button presses are correct according to what is on screen, they end up being in the wrong order and result in accidental deletion. Nowadays I just leave the save screen on for forever until confirming the save just to be safe.

    Moving the delete confirmation to one of the top buttons seems like an easy way to stop this, actually proposed the same thing here maybe a year ago...

    Hi, what is the response answer to this and other questions? Posted questions and situations with no solution explained? This accidental delete just happened to me again, Rain lock shouldn't be the only way; a delete button in a different place rather than the stop button makes plenty of sense....also? Why cant there be a way to retrieve a ride that you just accidentally deleted with all of this technology?

    Hi All,

    Thanks for posting and sharing your perspective here! We had updated the UX around the ride delete flow on the Karoo OS at the point of saving the activity since a lot of users were accidentally deleting the ride. Currently the delete option is at the bottom of the post-ride review page on the Karoo.
