Latest 'no information' post from Hammerhead
Hi Ali ... any chance you are your company could put out a post by itself. Once again, you have given no information whatsoever to your customers!
Just a small note to explain WHY there was no update today would be nice. I know you are all under pressure after the shambles of the last update, but you continually keep making the same basic customer service error of not giving any information! People prefer to know SOMETHING! Even if it is news they don't like, at least they have to something to consider!

@Steve. Well said.
The company's strategic approach involves embracing silence as a shield, employing it as a mechanism to evade potential problems. Paradoxically, these defense mechanisms can inadvertently contribute to the escalation of the very problems they aim to avoid.
All we're asking of you, Ali / Hammerhead, is to share some valuable insights so that we - your customers - have a better understanding of the direction the product is headed to. Based on my experience, adopting such an approach will certainly help to calm the situation. -
Perhaps it's time to collectively openly petition SRAM customer service, if for no other reason to see if they offer even a hint that Hammerhead is still able/allowed to operate independently to any degree. It is very likely that HH now takes resource direction and monetary control exclusively from above and only answers publicly within SRAM's (strict?) limitations. The open and supportive answers from the same HH names that we were all so generally pleased with 14+ months ago certainly echo typical parent corporate policy since the takeover, not at ALL to my surprise. When the development and support $$$ flow from above that's always going to be the case.
I'll also go on record as saying that if/when a K3 makes an appearance it will have to be near-perfect right out of the box before I'd even consider another SRAMmerhead device.
