New to Karoo 2

Hi,

I have had my Karoo 2 exactly 1 week today and am absolutely loving it. So far I have done 1 long(ish) ride and  10 shorter rides using it an so far am quite impressed with the way it performs. My last GPS unit was a Wahoo Bolt V2 and there are somethings that it does better than the Karoo 2. It would be brilliant if these were included in a software update later down the line. Specifically.....

1) The ability to change the radar track side from left to right. (I think even Garmin allow you to do this)

2) A double slow beep to let me know that the radar view is clear. Handy audio cue so that you can keep your eyes on the road ahead!!

3) The background of your heartrate data field to change colour to match what zone you are in (I miss this feature of the Wahoo Bolt V2)

4) The ability to see (to how many metres) your GPS strength is (Wahoo Bolt again!!) In a data field - Or even a GPS signal strength bar.

All the above would make it my perfect GPS device (almost)

The only issue I currently have is that I have an O2 sim installed but cannot get it connected at anything more than 2G(edge). The sim is 4G capable and I was using it in my Phone (dual sim) so I know for a fact it works ok. I have tried every setting and even input the O2 APN settings manually but it STILL only connects at 2G. Does anyone have any ideas?

  I used a Bolt V2 before switching to my K2 and used the color coded heart rate field but found I had to look closely to see the background color. Now on my K2 I use the Heart Rate Circular Zone graphical field and find it much easier to read my HR zone with a quick glance.

  I've tried that but (unless I'm missing something) I like to have this data at the top of the screen and as far as I can see you cannot move this data field to the top of the screen which would be ideal!!

  Number one on my wishlist for any future K3 would be the ability to arrange the data and graphical fields in any order I want.  So someday, maybe.

  I'd imagine it is already possible in the current Karoo's software, just not implemented.

  Guess we've been a little spoilt with how customizable the Bolt is......:O)
