Karoo2 registration with the GSMA

I have bought two units of Karoo2 to use them in Colombia and with great surprise these equipments are not registered with the GSMA, for which they do not have support to be able to use a sim card from the mobile phone operators in Colombia and to be able to have an Internet connection. I did the process to approve it before the Colombian communications regulation commission and the approval process cannot be done, because Hammerhead Navigation Inc has not registered the Karoo2 with the GSMA, I need you to please help me with the registration of the Karoo2 with that entity and thus be able to approve my equipment and be able to use mobile Internet and be able to enjoy all the benefits of having mobile Internet in the Karoo2
