Karoo 2 back broke (the mount area).
Well, fun times... The back of my Karoo 2 broke today. It looks like my FIRST email response from Hammerhed should be in 24-48 hours. Of course it could take a few more days of back and forth to know what my options are.
Have other folks had this issue or a similar issue with the device where the device needs to be replaced. Do you know how long it takes? Is there a cost?

Anna, thank you for the reply. I'm pretty sure superglue won't hold this, but you may be right that using the garmin adapter and putting a garmin mount on my bike, could normally be a short term solution until I get another bike computer. My issue with that is that I have an Aero handlebar, and would have to buy a new garmin mount which isn't worthwhile for the short term.
I am hoping I get a quick response from Hammerhead. It's too bad they don't have a phone number for their customer service. A 10 minute phone call would be much better than several days of back and forth through email/tickets. Speaking of having to use garmin mounts to help with my hammerhead issue... I'm not thrilled with Garmin, but having to replace the Karoo 2, and having to take the slow email path to get any info is pretty frustrating. At least garmin has phone support and there is a $25 fix if their ears/mount have a problem.
