Stuck on Preparing Route

In another thread, someone said this has been fixed but it hasn't.  3 out of my last 4 routes that I've tried to use for navigation on my Karoo 2 have just said "Preparing Route" the whole ride.  I can see the route on the map but no cues and no notifications when I go off course.  Each of these routes were uploaded to the dashboard from RWGPS links.  The routes varied widely in length from 50 miles to 300 miles.  

Will this ever be fixed?  It seems to have been going on for a long time.

  Hi GB,

  There is an update for you. We fixed an issue that prevented certain routes from loading on your rides with the error message: "Preparing Route".

  With this release, you can also follow routes that are longer than 500km. Previously, routes this long (or longer) would not work correctly on Karoo.
