You don't really explain your issue that well but it sounds to me as though one of your devices/applications is outputting incorrect data. From the way you describe it your tacx outputs to JOIN and then trainingspeaks and then to the Karoo. Have you verified that the data is correct in each of these other apps? Screenshots would be useful. You say your Wahoo was the same so it must be your TACX or one of the apps misreporting the data. My guess is that it's not the Karoo at fault here.

    Hi,

I read it again and you're right. Again:

Training with join, exporting the training via traininpeaks through my karoo.

When on the tacx it's just a karoo and the tacx.

Asked both, tacx and hammerhead, but they both couldn't help me.

I am still none the wiser! You still don't explain your issue at all well I'm afraid. But again from what I can tell, you are moving data between two applications before uploading it to the Karoo.

"exporting the training via traininpeaks through my karoo. " - This statement makes no sense. Does the data go through the Karoo or to the Karoo?

You would need to include screenshots and give an explanation of the exact steps you take if you want to get support. You would also need to show that the data is correct everywhere except the Karoo. From what I can understand you are saying the speed data is incorrect. Given that you are using an indoor device to calculate a simulated speed I strongly suggest that the device is calculating it incorrectly. The Karoo will simply display the data it is given, which looks like it is incorrect. Have you calibrated the Tacx correctly? If the wheel is slipping on the rollers for example it will show incorrect data. This is particularly likely to happen at higher cadences if the bike isn't mounted on the Tacx correctly and the wheel is too loose.

I suspect that this is not a Karoo issue and that you need to look at calibration on the Tacx.
