Indeed, I've noticed this as well.

Slightly offtopic, but I wonder if you also experience an issue with the R300L that it will disconnect (at least) once per hour. The K2 will beep indicating there's a disconnect and it will show the red warning. After some seconds the problem seems to resolve itself. Is it only me?

I just started using R300L yesterday and haven't noticed such behavior. Although sometimes it seems that Gardia's light goes to Idle mode (no light) on its own. I need to check on the in the coming days.

Slider does not help but I have noticed that there is in fact access to all 6 modes of Gardia's lights. Even though OFF Mode name is missing there's still a way to access OFF mode to switch off Gardia's light completely from Karoo. All you have to do is tap that 'empty' space below Solid High name and light goes off (compare attached jpgs Solid High vs OFF - slider's position is different). Poor formatting of that sensor page when more than 5 options are possible I guess. But of course it's annoying and all names should be clearly visible.

Thank you for reporting this issue, Maciej! A bug report has been created for our software team and this will be resolved in a future update.

I got my Gardia few days ago, after a couple of rides it disconnects at least once per hour and sometimes goes idle (no light), Maciej are you still experiencing it?

I mainly had issue with page/window formatting in Karoo which did not accommodate all six flashing modes of Gardia. This was fixed in the latest FW and I confirmed that to Hammerhead support. However I rarely had issue with Garcia disconnection by itself. These days I rarely bike outdoors so It is hard for me to verify that :-(

Thanks Maciej, @Michiel what about you? I will probably return it and get a new unit in any case

I still have about one disconnect per hour. Annoying, but I'm still not sure if these are caused by the Bryton radar or by the K2...

Thanks Michiel, i'm returning the unit and will get a replacement by tomorrow, it is really annoying. Will let you know. I have to say that i haven't experience any disconnection from any other ANT+ sensor so far, and i have 2 different power meters and 2 different HR sensors connected, so i hope this is not a K2 problem but a bryton gardia issue. Let's see.

Hi Michiel, Chemapo, I also recently purchased a Gardia R300L and have experienced the disconnect errors and a random low battery warning (when the battery is full). Have you or anyone else been able to resolve this? I've also noticed the Gardia is not reporting some vehicles behind after updating the firmware. Keen to hear anyone else's impressions.

I'm wondering if the disconnect issue is causing the false negatives?

Hi, I have one too but don't have any of the above problems. Mine works without any problems, and no errors (is strange)

That's good to hear Willy. Curious about the firmware version you have on your Gardia? I only had it a short time before upgrading the firmware. I'm not sure if that has introduced issues.

I noticed yesterday that a firmware update was available for the Bryton. Haven't used the K2 since...
