I thought so they seem to send me stupid emails about updating software. I have asked for a full refund getting fed up with the fob offs.

My friend has received his 4th replacement unit because of this issue, let’s see if it works … else he will keep returning damaged units. So far customer service is quite good, but doesn’t make sense to allow so much frustration

Hammerhead please can we have some closure on this...??

It seems like you do not respond to this particular technical issue which leads me to believe there is no easy fix without changing something in the hardware.

At least admit it and we can all move on...

I’ve had the Karoo 2 for a bit under 2 years and the elevation has ALWAYS been wildly inaccurate: So I hadn’t used it in a bit over a year. Used it today and sure enough Strava tells me I climbed 675m whilst Karoo says 2461m! Go figure. You would think that with the almost weekly updates Hammerhead does they would have sorted the LONG-STANDING elevation issue. Nup.
I’m going back to Garmin and the K2 can gather dust!
