  all the updates detailed above are pretty useless to me and do not fix or address ANY of the requests that one can find on this community forum....

  They keep adding things that benefit less than 1% of riders. Yet they can’t add arrows to dashboard routes to show direction that would benefit 100% of riders.

  That's how it is with many things; chase the 0.01% and ignore the 99.99% who have been raising issues and suggesting beneficial and achievable solutions.
