Using it on Android and Windows, seems fine to me. What's your issue?

I am on a macbook in Safari , but "SIGN IN " loops to "support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us" base screen:

    https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.hammerhead.io%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Fcommunity%2Fposts%2F24192013617563-Anyone-using-Firefox-Browser-to-use-the-site-I-m-needing-to-use-others%3Fpage%3D1&locale=en-us

have to go to Safari or Edge to log to support.hammerhead.io.

Richard, try Firefox' incognito mode to sign in. It might be cookies or some other state causing problems.

Had to go to Edge to log in for this reply, and where it works as it should.

FF was just looping back to login  for the support page/site (but not main and dashboard) at Hammerhead.io

Tried incognito. No change in this with incognito with my WIN11 PC and FF, but when I went back to FF to get the signin URL that it was it looped to, so I could  review it , it then showed me signed in with Win11/FF.(?!)

    Ah the joys of debugging.

I'll try it some more and see, but may need to sign in to support with edge to be able to be signed into support in FF?

Weird. FF and whatever they are using is interacting in some unclear way, but I appreciate places to go looking for it from anyone who might have this situation.

It's like the occasional hard to replicate bug I'll get with the Karoo, generated by a hard to replicate series of inputs.

    Thanks again

This has been a growing problem as manuals that are comprehensive have been removed from products with increasing complexity where even a glossary of the terms and icons used are available only after painful extensive searching.I'll continue to raz Franklin about this, as he is sort of the ground zero for this element of the Karoo, though many other names (pseudonames/aliases) pop up in replies. HH/Franklin's manual/instructions are helpful but so fragmentary and often outdated , that they are often painful to use. Nothing like continuity, and it is nothing like continuity.

"but may need to sign in to support with edge to be able to be signed into support in FF" No, that's impossible.

Perhaps you could take a look at network history in FF using debugging tools (F12).

@Richard do you have any ad blocker installed in Firefox? If yes, disable it and try to login again.

It sounds like you're experiencing some issues with Firefox on a particular website. While Firefox is a popular browser choice for many users due to its privacy features and customization options, sometimes certain websites may not function optimally on it.

If you're encountering compatibility issues or performance issues with a specific website on Firefox, you might consider trying a different browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari to see if the problem persists. Different browsers can sometimes render websites differently or handle certain features more effectively.

If you'd like more specific help, feel free to share details about the website and the issues you're facing, and I can try to provide more tailored advice.
