    Hi John, Have you tried to factory reset the device to see if it solves the issue?

    Ali - I do not want to do a factory reset as I will then need to add all profile and settings back to my preferences again. Can you confirm if this is a wider issue with this release and will be fixed in the next update?

    Its not a wider issue which is why Factory reset on your unit may help - it could be time consuming, but you do not have to worry about adding your settings again. Almost all of the customization are preserved through the process once you sign back to Hammerhead account and the only thing you need to worry about would be downloading the offline maps, and adding your sensors back again.
