Urgent: big FIT file impaired not fully saved

Yesterday I rode my longest ride, almost 12 hours and 250km/4200HM on Liege Bastogne Liege. After i completed the ride I clicked save. The ride saved, and I returned to the homescreen. 

Then the screen turns black and the hammerhead reboots. Then comes up with "do you want to save this ride" with the ride, but partially: only 192km. As i wanted to be sure, i clicked save. 

Now when exploring the karoo via android, i can only view the 192 km ride. The rest of the ride has not been saved. 

I was pretty happy about the Karoo, but this ride has been messed up. 

What happened, and how can I restore this file?

  Thanks for the quick response. The temp folder is empty unfortunately.
