Screen turn off every 40 seconds - update 1.464.1818
Today I updated to the most recent version: Software Build Version: 1.464.1818. Immediately afterwards, I went for a ride and what a nasty surprise along the way. I started the ride as usual and after about 40 seconds, the screen turns off automatically, to display it again, I have to press one of the buttons which is good for another 40 seconds. I tried turning K2 off and on again but it's still the same thing, after 40 seconds the screen turns off but K2 continues to work except the screen which is completely black.
How can I solve this problem? or maybe it's some kind of “improvement “ in order to save battery power. You know, when an update comes, I always ask myself, what is not going to work and each time it's a lottery. This happened for my unit with Built-in speed GPS and now this. You have perfectly mastered the introduction of new problems.
I've never had this kind of problem until today. You really make an effort to make people “love” you more.

Hi Romi, we are not aware of any similar issue from other riders, but we are happy to look into it for you. Can you please confirm if your ride profile doesn't have battery saver ON? Screen turning off automatically mid-ride sounds like the Battery saver might have been ON, without you knowing about it.
If everything looks good on your end, please send the FIT file of the affected ride along with the Serial number of your Karoo 2.
