Allow broken screen devices for trade in program

If you run trade in program again allow broken screen devices for trade ins. If you indeed disassemble old devices as you say you do, it should not make a difference and I doubt there’s any real use for cheap low res screen like on k2, other than using it as stock reserve for k2 replacements. At current hardware prices makes no sense to reuse screen from CC rather than just buying new screen, so broken screen trade ins should be acceptable
