Strava - Hammerhead waypoints discrepancy

Why there is the discrepancy in location of waypoints between Strava, where I create routes, and the Hammerhead's map? I means the waypoints created in Strava, do not transfer to Hammerhead webiste and consequently neither to Karoo 2.

I would like to rely on my created waypoints, or so called Cues ("Next cue"data field in Karoo 2). Hammerhead website app defines it's own waypoints which seem to be cues like crossroads, peaks, or some other marks.
