Karoo 2 not recording distance, route, elev

My Karoo2 isn’t recording anything on a ride other than the time and my HR-no route, distance, elevation, etc. Also at the beginning of a ride, the auto-pause remains on and it won’t start recording. The same problem remains after a software update.

  I did do a hard reset and that fixed it. Thanks for the tip!
