Karoo 2 Not Charging

My Karoo2 has stopped charging. If I look at the port it looks to have some water damage although I have the aftersales case bottom with the rubber plug. If I remove the bottom the metal case has some greening indicating that it has had some water in it.

 

Has anyone else got or had this issue.

  Hi, I had this problem of not charging. I followed the step to reset the battery and it worked. It’s at the help articles!

  But more or less you have to uncharge completely the battery in a way that it’s doesn’t start more, then plug the cable and wait it to charge completely.

  In my case I didn’t have the any water problems.

  HI Cristiano, 

   

  I have let it drain all the way down so that it won't even power on. Ive left it plugged in overnight and it is still completly dead. 

  I've put in a support ticket. 

   

  But I also ordered the new Karoo. I am hoping Hammerhead give me a partial credit for the new item .

  Same problem, using original USB and an Apple iPhone charger (the same I'm always use) and nothing. It's keeps 0%. Port is clean. Please advise what to do.
