Another request for calculation of calories from HR

I'm fully aware of all the requests which have previously been made for this feature. When I chatted to a support agent a few days ago, she recommended that I put up a post here, because the product development team monitors the community chats. If they do monitor these chats (which I doubt, because the only replies I've ever seen have been from support agents), then I make the following comment:

To the PD team...

I don't get that one of the most requested features (according to two support agents), is continuously ignored by you. DO NOT tell me about accuracy - that's my call as to whether I accept calories off HR data. Note that 20% inaccuracy off HR data is still 80% closer than what I have currently off my HR data.
