Karoo 3 visual gear visual not offered
I purchased the new Red AXS group that included the new Karoo.
Got everything paired up and entered my chainring and cassette numbers.
When I go to the settings in my profile to configure the display to show gears all I can see is the gear number. The “visual” option in parenthesis is not displayed to select.
My firmware is up to date on both my Karoo and AXS.
I simplified my display to only one profile since I only use my Karoo on one bike.
In doing so did I delete some data input option that includes the shifting - gear - (visual)?
If so, how do I get it back?
I emailed support, but haven’t gotten a solution. Just a link to a short vid that shows the shifting - gear - (visual). So, no help.

When you are configuring your data pages under settings-profile you have to select a page layout that includes a graphics field. When you tap on the graphics field you will see the gear graphics field as an option. If you are configuring a data field then you will only be able to select the non-graphics gear numbers. See if that works for you.

When offered the choice of "map" or "data" which is the overall page type, select "Data" and you will see "Data Card Layout" options at the top of the screen. Scroll left and right to see your layout options. The layouts with the squiggly lines are the graphics fields. When you have a screen layout with a graphics field you can tap on the that and see all the graphic field options.
(did support send you this link? It shows the process in much more detail than I can describe:

I had the same issue. Its not intuitive at all and couldn't easily find an answer with a quick search in the forums or online.
I had to poke around on the computer until I stumbled upon it. Some text underneath the "Data Card Layout" screen explaining what they all are would be ideal.
