Preparing route karoo 3

Hello, i just received new Karoo 3 and everything was fine, untill I wanted to transfer .gpx from koomot to my device. When i start this .gpx yellow bar says „preparing route” like for ever… it doesnt show me where to go. Before there were red arrows, and everything was fine:( What’s wrong with this?
