Live tracking not working

I have the app working, with the little green dot showing that mi K3 and the app are seeing each other, go to de live tracking in the K3 and the button of connect to phone appears… If I press that button the phone appears connected,but I can’t start the live tracking. Not good Hammerhead, not good…
